A pleasure to host Sarb. I managed three questions and then the pub audience took over. An hour and a quarter slipped by before getting another word in - a heartfelt thanks for the island conversation.

Thank you, Tim - it was wonderful to meet you and spend time with you. Please say hello to Julie Anne for me and I hope Van is having a good terrier scrabble about this morning.

Thoroughly enjoyed your talk Sarb and it was great to see the pub buzzing with conversations over dinner. Incidentally, I am half way through your book, The little book of sleep on Kindle, I am sure that this would be a best seller in print.

My guess for your next trip is that you will come and see us in better weather, perhaps a summer trip with your ladies!. Best wishes, Orla

Thanks Orla - I'll take a screenshot of your comment and send potential publishers :) I'd love to come back at some point with my family, hopefully not too long in the future. A tighter return cycle than my last gap between trips would be good. Thanks for putting me up and your hospitality - great roast on Sunday night!

Thank you for coming, Sarb. Wonderful to meet you and hear your welcome insight. Also, glad you made it to Windy Canyon, hope the drive and the views were clear enough to enjoy this spectacular motu. - Bree

Thanks Bree - yes, I found it just fine. Tucked my cap in my pocket to stop it from blowing away and I was sweet. Though the little microclimate meant it only rained when I had my cap off and I needed wipers on my glasses. Wonderful to spend time with you on Sunday eve. Thank you for the invitation and making me feel so welcome.
