Thanks Juliet! Structured HR Zone based training has worked well for me before, so returning to that for my base structure. But it's nice to be able to go by feel for the strength, flexibility and stability training. So long as I do it. 10 min bursts are really motivating for me. Lots of movement packed in a short space of time - and 10 minutes is very do-able. I hope that sharing my structure helps others too.
